At Mostra Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise, while quality concerns regarding beans are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue or the item you wish to return.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure all non-perishable items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
